Urban Olympic is the first multifamily building in the U.S. designed to meet the Passive House standard for sustainable construction. Urban Olympic’s rowhouse feel has a strong street presence and the modern materials and detailing gives it a distinct identity. The access court has been enlarged and reconfigured to allow space for landscaping to create a more welcoming shared space. It will feature open living spaces, modern massing and details, roof decks and panoramic views of downtown, Space Needle and Elliot Bay.
