NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITY HUB Design 2009 This Springfield neighborhood community center features high density affordable housing with a mix of community uses: health clinic, library reading room, meeting spaces, music / art teaching facilities and nonprofit offices.The buildings have roof top gardens punctuated with glass pavilions for gathering and performances with a view of downtown and the surrounding mountains. |
