HAMILTON KITCHEN Design and Construction, 2005-06 The Hamilton Residence is a remodel of, and addition to, an early 20th century craftsman bungalow in the Montlake neighborhood. The new kitchen converts a cramped, awkward space into a well-crafted & efficient gourmet kitchen. It features custom fir cabinetry and walnut details. The addition of a new bay window provides room for a built-in breakfast nook, mimics the existing bay window details, and frames a new deck with access to the yard.
