FREMONT TOWNHOMES Design, 2006-07. Construction Fall 2007 A five unit set of townhomes in the Fremont neighborhood serves as a transition between the commercial and residential fabric of the area. Low maintenance and human scale materials are utilized in this Built Green project. The townhomes feature modern detailing, open plan, floor to ceiling glass, steel stairs, rails, and built-ins.
