PETERS-GOEBEL RESIDENCE
Design and Construction, 1999-2001

A new home in the Queen Anne neighborhood uses a hybrid heavy timber/advanced framing system and hand built trusses, to give this modern home warmth and detail. The first floor has a large, open kitchen dining and living space, which opens to the yard and light while screening views to neighboring homes. Two additional floors are tucked under a sheltering roof with exposed timbers of parallel strand lumber.
