WILKE GRAY RESIDENCE Design and Construction, 1999-2000 An unfinished third floor attic, renovated to become a library, bathroom and rooftop deck. Light pours into the new reading space while the deck looks out over Magnolia and downtown. The deck is carved out of the existing roof to keep intact the handsome exterior character of the Ballard area craftsman. |
