WIDNER COTTAGE
Design 2010

Designed as a retirement home for a couple who wish to rent out the primary residence, this 800 sf, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage builds on the character of the original house. The house features a rainwater catchment system for irrigation, cloth washing and flushing, lots of built in storage, and a band of windows overlooking the flagstone patio and shared garden space.
