Kids Co. at Coppereleaf Northgate is a five-classroom early learning center (ELC) that will occupy 7,760 SF on the ground floor of a new affordable housing project adjacent to the Northgate Link light rail station. It is being developed as a joint venture between Bridge Housing and Community Roots Housing. Construction on the shell and core is projected to begin late 2023.

The design is organized around a highly efficient central corridor; the square footage saved is consolidated into an oversized lobby that doubles as a gathering area and an indoor play space. Every classroom enjoys abundant natural light.
