PLAYLAND

MISSING MIDDLE HOUSING — GREEN DESIGN — SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

Named for the sprawling amusement park once located nearby, Playland is a collection of four contemporary townhomes on the shores of Bitter Lake in the northern end of Seattle. Designed with flexibility and long-term livability in mind, the project emphasizes larger residences that may support multi-generational living and evolving family needs. Two of the homes incorporate detached garages topped with studio spaces, creating opportunities for guest accommodations, creative workspaces, or rental use. Thoughtful site planning and modern detailing connect the homes to the surrounding neighborhood while providing a sense of privacy and community.

Playland is in Design Development.
