WOODINVILLE GARDEN

Landscape design — residential garden

woodinville, WASHINGTON

This landscape design project creates a thoughtful transition between the existing architecture and its environment, shaping a series of outdoor spaces for gathering and connecting to the surroundings. Corten steel planters, formal gardens, terraces, and wood decks hover above a more naturalistic meadow, extending the gradient between indoors and out.

With over 700 plantings, the landscape and hardscape elements were conceived as a unified composition, with materials carefully placed. Throughout the grounds, an attention to craft, placement, and details blurs the line between architecture and landscape.
