Housing AUTHORITY of okanogan county - pateros garden Apartments Phase 1 Renovation

COMMUNITY ARCHITECTURE - MISSING MIDDLE — affordable housing

Pateros, WASHINGTON

CAST architecture worked with the Housing Authority of Okanogan County (HAOC) and the Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing (ORFH) to complete a Capital Needs Assessment, Schematic Design, and Cost Estimate/Project Budget for a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of this 16-unit affordable housing complex originally constructed in 1976. The Phase I project addressed the highest-priority structural, envelope, and accessibility deficiencies at two of the four buildings within the HOAC’s initial funding allocation.

CAST is currently working on Phase 2 renovations.
