Engaging in work with positive social impact is one of CAST’s core business values. Our work with non-profit housing providers and community organizations is extremely fulfilling. CAST is closely associated with efforts to improve housing affordability. This work includes policy advocacy work as well as the design of small-scale apartment buildings, urban infill, and accessory dwelling units.
