Interior Systems, Inc. (ISI) is a construction services company that builds out commercial showrooms for home builders to display finish options to their customers as well as studio and meeting space for their interior design staff. These projects balance an ambitious design agenda for customer-facing spaces to meet functional needs for support staff while respecting an inflexible project budget and the constraints of the existing shell and core.

The Expressions Gallery is a 4,200 SF retail showroom for Pulte Homes, one of the largest home builders in the Pacific Northwest. This tenant improvement creates a warm, contemporary and flexible space where customers work with designers to select finishes and other options for their future homes.
