Chelan Lakeside Park Redevelopment
CAST collaborated with Berger Partnership on the redevelopment of Lakeside Park in Chelan, WA. Popular among visitors and residents alike, the park's 1980's-era infrastructure is in dire need of upgrades to accommodate high-season use.
CAST's primary scope is to renovate the existing restroom structure, converting it from a traditional design to house 14 individual restroom stalls, 7 changing stalls, outdoor handwashing sinks, and drinking fountains. We are also coordinating upgrades to the building's utility connections.
